'Shop Local' and 'Buy and Source Canadian"...

Two things that we have been hearing continuously since the announcement of U.S.-imposed tariffs on Canadian goods hit the news in early 2025.

March 6 update:

President Trump paused tariffs on some Canadian goods until April 2.

About 62% of goods are still affected.

As a result, Canada delayed the second round of retaliatory tariffs. B.C. will keep liquor and procurement measures in place until the tariff threat ends.
